The quickest channel is inside the app; outside the app there is email. This site has no forms and collects no data.
From the app
In the menu, under Tools, you will find Contact us: choose a topic and write. If something is not working you can attach the app log by ticking a box. We reply by email.

Want a new room?
Write to us from the app or by email, attaching a few of your hand histories from that room: we will assess it with a view to adding it. Hand histories contain other players' nicknames: how we handle them is explained in the privacy notice.
If a screen blocks the app and shows a code (for example UPD-…), include it in your email: it is the quickest way for us to help.
